Covid 19 (2 of 3): New Electronic Processes

As mentioned in the “Changes” post,

We have added new electronic changes to welcome new patients and update existing patients. All patients can request appointments from our site and existing patients can create a patient account. Through the accounts, existing patients will see forms that need to be updated, confirm and submit requests for appointments, and message our front desk directly. If you are a New Patient, you can fill out New Patient paperwork from our site, after your appointment is confirmed.

For new patients, forms will become available to fill out once appointment requests have been confirmed with a phone call.

To be clear, appointment requests are not a guarantee of an appointment until you have received a call back confirming that the request was accepted and the appointment is confirmed.

For the foreseeable future, all patients will be required to fill out a pre-appointment Covid-19 form.

Additionally, we will be sending text messages to confirm appointments and check patients in.  Using your phone, you can let us know you’ve arrived for your appointment and fill out necessary forms. Patients that are unable to do so before the appointment, will be asked to update using the patient kiosk now located in our reception area.

Although there are a lot of new processes, patient safety, the quality of patient care, and patient comfort and convenience are always our top priorities—that we will never change.
